Montgomery County, Tx. – Several workers suffered serious burns after a series of explosions Tuesday afternoon at a Conroe area propane supply company.
Firefighters responded to an emergency call around noon at AmeriGas Cyclinder Exchange, located at F.M. 1485 Rd., when portable tanks filled with liquefied petroleum gas burst.
Two injured workers were airlifted to University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, 5 others were transported by ambulance to local Houston hospitals for treatment of more minor injuries, the Houston Chronicle reports.
